ART APPRAISAL

Our service is a fairly simple process. We can provide a letter of authentication if your artwork can be identified. Adding an authentication letter from listedartist.com provides a beginning provenance for your art. We can only provide authentication services if we are absolutely positive about the artist.

If we can provide services to you, your appraisal will include a signed authenticity letter by LISTEDARTIST.COM - Our service is by snail-mail format only and after payment is made. The authenticity letter will also include an estimated value based on our previous professional experience.

What we need from you? -- Send us your photographs (.JPG / .GIF files) for evaluation. If we can identify the artist we will contact you. In our email reply you will receive instructions about payment for the appraisal. Payments can be made via check -or- money order -or- via online services such as Paypal. If we are unable to determine the identity of the artist we will likely not contact you.

Please be aware that we cannot respond to every appraisal question or request - but we will contact you if services can be provided. We do provide helpful opinions on occasion - but in most cases we will only be able to contact you if we can identify the artist and provide our service to you.

3 Easy Steps...

1. Photograph your painting - please send at least 3-4 photographs. For example - send one of the full image, one close up of the signature, and one close up of the painting. We need the photos to be as clear as possible in order to make the proper identification. We will contact you if we can provide services.

2. Attach photos and please title email "Appraisal Request"

3. We will contact you in 5-7 business days if we are able to provide authenticity and appraisal services for you. **Our service fee is $50 - payable by check/money order or via Paypal. Further instructions will be sent if we can provide services for your particular artwork. Please do not pay until contacted.

** Disclaimer: Appraisal fee is subject to change and posted above. Art attribution can be ongoing and fluid in some cases - please allow for the occasional error. If for any reason we have make a mistake - we will replace the authentication form with the proper attribution free of charge. Also, art value can change by the month - Please keep in mind that your artwork may be worth more or less than our auction estimate..but think of our appraisal as a professional starting point.
